In the winter we don’t have access to the Farmers Market. I truly  miss it! Locally grown food is so much better in several ways. I notice that it stays fresher, since it hasn’t sat on a truck for who knows how long. When you know who grows your food you have more assurance of the quality. And it just tastes better! At the end of the season we can stock up on cold season vegetables. I like to buy a variety of squashes, onions, carrots, and potatoes for winter cooking . I hope to see you at the Farmers market next spring!
