A few years ago, I went with my son Teuvo to Round Lake to forage wild nettles on Mother’s Day weekend.  It was a beautiful day and such a fun experience. Nettles are amazing for times like these with the fear of respiratory illnesses continuing to linger. Nettles help break up congestion in the lungs, strengthen the lungs, and provide many other benefits.  Nettle tea is a great way to absorb its benefit.  My friend Barb of New Moon Energetics makes the following lung tea that is great to drink right now. I’ve listed it below.I was hoping to invite some of you up to Round Lake to search for nettles this year, but plans have changed. I encourage you to go foraging for yourself!  If you want any tips on where we’ve found them in the past, please reach out.  Also, follow along on Facebook this month, as I’ll be sharing some great ways to use nettles!
