This recipe has decades old heritage. It’s truly hard to improve upon. If you notice a fever coming on, drink 1/2 cup every 30 minutes to bring on a good sweat. Once you being to sweat, reduce the tea to 1/2 every hour and continue until the fever subsides.

1 part elderflowers

1 part peppermint leaf

1 part yarrow flower and leaf
